Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondents.
With the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of.
The claim of the petitioner that an order of demarcation was passed on 25.08.2015 however, the execution of the aforesaid order of demarcation is not made. The petitioner has approached the respondent no. 2 in this regard but no heed was paid.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Officer Ghazipur, District Ghazipur).
The respondent no. 2 is directed to proceed with the matter and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date the representation along with a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
