~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition for anticipatory bail. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non bailable offences by the Chombala police.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reported that no case has been registered against the petitioner in connection with the incident alleged in the petition. At the same time, the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.2232/2014 of Chombala Police Station, Kozhikode district for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 324 read with Section 34 IPC and as the petitioner was abroad, final report has been filed in the matter by showing him as absconding. The offences alleged in the said case are bailable. It is for the petitioner to BA.8845/2014 : 2 :
surrender before the court below and seek regular bail, and in such case, the court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
In the result, this bail application is disposed of.
