The applicant, a convict, has prayed for medical treatment of the ailments as diagnosed of Cough, breathlessness and right inguinal hernia, for which the applicant was referred to HSG hospital at Vadodara on 9.4.2012 and sonography report reveal no abnormality and further for the treatment of right inguinal hernia including the surgery open as well as laparoscopic, are available at SSG Hospital, Vadoara and in this view of the matter, request of the applicant to undertake medical treatment with private nursing home, is rejected.
3. The application is disposed of accordingly.
