When the application of the petitioner for recalling of the order dated 9.1.2015 was dismissed on 10.9.2018, the instant writ petition was filed.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that this is a revisable order.
Therefore, the petitioner may file a Revision within a period of one month and the same shall be decided on merits within a period of three months, thereafter. Orders on the Stay Application shall be passed within two weeks of the filing of the Revision.
The writ petition is dismissed.
