Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(i). To decide the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Shahar, Jaunpur to decide the 6-C application filed on 07.08.2019 in Original Suit No.
463 of 2019 (Siddheshwar Nath Gupta v. Sharmila Gupta) pending before him within specific period as directed by this Hon'ble Court. ."
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the decide 6-C application filed on 07.08.2019 in Original Suit No. 463 of 2019 (Siddheshwar Nath Gupta v. Sharmila Gupta) strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
Copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
