Siddharth vs State

Learned advocate, Mr.Pratik B. Barot, has stated at the bar that another application preferred by the very applicant numbering Special Criminal Application No.327 of 2012 is pending before the Court of Hon'ble Mr.Justice Anant S.Dave.

In view of the above, Registrar(Judicial) is directed to place this matter before the same Court after obtaining permission from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
