Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel appeared for the University of Agra.
The petitioner claims that he is Head of the Department of Business Administration at the R.B.S. College, Agra affiliated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.
It is alleged by the petitioner that by an office order dated 10.07.2017, a Three Member Enquiry Committee was constituted to consider the complaint received against the respondent nos. 6 to 7 but till date the said enquiry has not proceeded. Thus, a prayer has been made for issuing a suitable direction to get the above enquiry completed.
In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 to ensure that the enquiry constituted against the respondent nos. 6 & 7 vide office order dated 10.07.2017 be completed in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible within the next four months provided the same has not been withdrawn.
