JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections in the memo of writ petition.
At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the similar set of facts to resolve the same issue, several petitions are entertained by this Court and interim protection has been given.
Copy of the detailed order passed by this Court on 25.01.2010 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.1072 of 2010 (B.K. Singh and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) placed before the Court during the course of the argument.
Learned Additional Government Advocate and Sri Ravindra Singh who appears for the Cane Development Societies Ltd. are present.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed.
In view of the aforesaid, on the facts and reasons so stated in the order of this Court, it is hereby provided that learned Additional Government Advocate and Sri Ravindra Singh may file response in the matter on or before the date fixed.
As directed in other petitions, list this matter also on 08.03.2010.
This petition is to be clubbed with the petitions referred above.
On the facts it is further provided that till then the arrest of the petitioners namely Siddharth Shriram and Mukesh Chauhan who are wanted in Case Crime No. 15 of 2010 under Sections-420, 418, 264, 265, 465, 467, 468, 120B IPC, Section-22B of U.P. Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1953 and Section-3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, P.S.- Parikshatgarh, District-Meerut shall remain stayed.
