This petition was listed and heard along with WRIT - C No. - 68915 of 2014, Ram Nivas Vs. State of U.P. through Secretary and three others on 17.07.2019.
The above writ petition has been allowed by us by order of the date and the declaration dated 11.05.2012 made under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as the Act)has been quashed.
Accordingly, on the same terms and conditions this writ petition is also allowed and the declaration dated 11.05.2012 issued under Section 6 of the Act is quashed in so far as the petitioner(s) of this writ petition are concerned.
