Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to open the site of the viva (oral marks) in the respect of the result of the petitioner for the year of 2018 III semester of B.T.C. Course 2015.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 may be directed to further extend the last date of submission of examination form the IVth Semester B.T.C. course 2015."
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in compliance of previous order, the marks of internal assessment has been incorporated in the marks sheet and he has also been issued admit card for appearing in the fourth semester examination. He also states that certain mistakes which had crept in the corrected marks sheet, has been corrected.
Counsel for the petitioner agrees that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
