O R D E R The petitioners have sought for the following relief: “i] To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus, call for the records from the respondents and to conduct revaluation as sought by the petitioners in Annexure-B;
ii] To grant/pass/issue such other orders or writs or directions or reliefs as this Hon’ble court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances leading to the above petition, by allowing the petition in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. In support of his prayer, he relied on the decision rendered in W.P.Nos.48194-48198/2018 and Connected Matters, decided on 21.12.2018.
3. The present petitions stand disposed of in terms of W.P.Nos.48194-48198/2018 and Connected Matters and the respondents are hereby directed to undertake re-valuation and communicate the revised result to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
With the above observations, writ petitions stand disposed of.
