Heard Mr. Man Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Dr. H.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the U.P. Pollution Control Board and Mr. Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 - Development Corporation, on instructions, submits that these respondents shall complete the pending construction work of the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) before the end of August, 2018 and shall offer membership to each of the entrepreneurs immediately thereafter. His statement is recorded and accepted.
In view thereof, counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
