Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ, one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order declaring the action of the respondents in suspending the Petitioner’s fair price shop authorization in violative of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, and the principles of natural justice and consequently to consider the Petitioner’s appeal, dated 17.11.2014, and continue the Petitioner as fair price shop dealer of shop no.15 in the interest of justice.”
At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned Counsel for both the parties that the Writ Petitions filed raising similar issues have been dismissed by this Court by Common Order, dated 02.12.2014, in W.P.No.36757 of 2014 and batch.
For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46831 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
