JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the owner of the property referred to in Ext.P1 sale deed. On account of mistake on the part of the Authorities, Ext.P1 document happened to be executed on a judicial stamp paper. It is noted in Ext.P6 judgment of this Court in a related case that in a large number of cases documents are executed by the executants in judicial stamp papers. Therefore, in Ext.P6 this Court directed the District Collector to make an endorsement that document is fully stamped and there is no other dispute regarding the value of the stamp paper shown in the document. 2. In the light of Ext.P6 judgment, 2nd respondent- District Collector is directed to make an endorsement that Ext.P1 document is fully stamped and there is no other dispute W.P.(c).No. 33868of 2014 : 2 :
regarding the value of the stamp paper shown in Ext.P1.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
