The learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government inviting my attention to the office order No.P.III-1/2013-Steno-143 of the Commandant 143 BN, CRPF, Lamphalpet, Imphal, Manipur submitted that consequent to the acceptance of voluntary retirement of the petitioner from service, his name has been struck off from the strength of the unit with effect from 1.1.2014. Therefore, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
