The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that he shall remove the defects pointed out by the Registry within a period of ten days of the withdrawal of lock-down restrictions.

The petitioner who is Sub Inspector in district Lucknow, has been transferred to Kanpur zone by the impugned order dated 24.12.2020 contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the district Lucknow is still under the lock-down conditions and thus petitioner faces difficulties in complying with the order.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the O.P. No.2, Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow within two weeks from today annexing therewith a printout copy of this order. The O.P. No.2 shall consider and decide the said representation within six weeks from the date a printout copy of this order is placed before him. Till disposal of aforesaid representation, the transfer order against the petitioner shall remain in abeyance.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
