Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Hriday Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for contesting respondents no. 1 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 5 to 7 and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 2.11.2016, 28.9.2015 and 25.6.2015 passed by the respondents no. 5 to 7.
By the last order revision filed by the petitioner was rejected by the Commissioner as not maintainable observing that the revision can be file only before the Board of Revenue.
After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision in accordance with law.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.
