The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No.115 of 2019 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
Perusal of order sheet reveals that the trial court has declined to grant ad interim exparte injunction but issued notice to the defendants calling for their reply. The application for temporary injunction is still pending.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments soon after the defendants are duly served.
