2. Heard the learned counsel for respondent on the question of admission and perused the records.
3. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the I Additional Family Court, Mysuru.
4. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo dated 19.02.2019 which is taken on record. In the aforesaid memo, it is stated that the proceeding in M.C.No.314/2013 has been terminated and the aforesaid case has been allowed vide judgment and decree dated 28.08.2018.
6. Since, the main proceeding itself has been decided, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
