This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 30-11-2015 in Crl.Misc.Petition No.597/2015 passed by the chief judicial magistrate, Bangalore and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the same has been rendered infructuous. The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
