Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 29.08.2019 registered as Case Crime No.41 of 2019, under Sections 323, 506, 376 IPC, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Farrukhabad.
The allegations made in the impugned first information report, which has been lodged through an application 156(3) Cr.P.C., disclose commission of cognizable offence and it is also alleged that the victim has sustained injuries and she has got herself examined in a Government Hospital.
In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners to quash the first information report cannot be accepted. The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to apply for bail or anticipatory bail, as may be advised.
