The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to decide the complaint Case No. 2381 of 2016 (Goldi Vs Shyamu and others), under Section 324 IPC, P.S. Tirwa, District Kannauj, pending in the court of learned ACJM, District Kannauj within stipulated time.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
The sole prayer of the applicant is for early disposal of the aforesaid case within stipulated time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, but without prejudice to the merits of the case, court below is expected to conclude and decide the complaint Case No. 2381 of 2016 (Goldi Vs Shyamu and others), under Section 324 IPC, P.S. Tirwa, District Kannauj, pending in the court of learned ACJM, District Kannauj, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the side expeditiously fixing short dates.
