Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner in the post of deputy Ranger at the forest department Van Prabhag Chitrakoot. A futher prayer has also been made to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2019 (which was related for the promotion in the post of deputy Ranger).
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance before the authority concerned in accordance with law.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
