This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs;
"I. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner pending since 20.07.2017 before him for payment of the dues amounts claimed by the petitioner under RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) scheme within reasonable time frame.
II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 ensure the payment of amounts of the petitioner against the services provided by them under the RSBY scheme to the beneficiaries."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the petitioner to file a fresh application ventilating all his grievance before the respondent no. 3 within a period of ten days from today along with certified copy of this order. In case such application is filed, the same shall be decided by the respondent no. 3 by means of a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the said application.
With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
