JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) 1.0 Learned counsel Mr. Sood, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that even as the petitioner's application for retaining the quarter allotted to him was pending at the time of filing of the petition, subsequently, the application for retaining the quarter has been rejected and the petitioner and more particularly, his young daughter is likely to face great hardship, which may result into loss of an academic year for his daughter. Therefore, the petitioner proposes to make a fresh representation and humble request with support of relevant rules for permitting him to retain the quarter allotted to him at Vadinar for some time, according to the submission. And the present petition was not pressed with a view to make such representation and avoiding the dragging of the respondents to this Court.
2.0 Permission being granted, the petition is disposed as not pressed with liberty to make appropriate representation, which may be considered in accordance with law.
