The petitioner has approached the Tahsildar, Kanayannoor Taluk as per Ext.P11 application to effect transfer of registry based on Ext.P1 settlement deed. Petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in considering Ext.P11 application in the light of right claimed to have obtained by the petitioner as per Ext.P1. In view of the pendency of Ext.P11 before the Tahsildar, there shall be a direction to the Tahsildar to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P11 application, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Writ petition is disposed of.
