Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner, who was an employee of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Bharthana, District Etawah attained the age of superannuation on 31.8.2016. She claims that her retiral dues have not been paid since then.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
