JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present petition is filed through jail by the convict, who is convicted for an offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He is resident of Andhra Pradesh. He is convicted by judgment and order dated 21.01.2012. He is in jail since his date of arrest, i.e. 17.08.2009. By now, he has undergone 2 years, 8 months and 24 days.
2. The convict was kept present before the Court. He was in possession of certified copy of judgment and order, which was perused by this Court. It is explained to him that if he wants to file an appeal, the jail authorities will provide him all facilities to file the same.
3. No case is made out for grant of parole leave. The petition is rejected. Rule is discharged.
