JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for arranging for the treatment of his daughter.
In support of the application, the medical papers are enclosed.
Rule.
Learned APP Mr.Patel waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
The convict has enjoyed 1 temporary bail and has enjoyed furlough on 2 different occasions and every time, he reported in time.
Out of 7 years imprisonment, is undergoing sentence for offence under Sections 304 (2) of Indian Penal Code and 135 of B.P.Act. He has undergone 4 years, 4 months and 6 days as on 22.5.2012.
For the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
