Heard Sri Harish Chandra for the petitioner and Sri Abrar Ahmad for contesting respondents.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.2.2018.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Sewar Beldar on 31.10.2016 but his post retiral dues is still pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to General Manager, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
