Learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw this petition and urges that let there be appropriate instructions and direction to the revisional authority before whom the revision is filed i.e. respondent No. 2 for deciding the petitioner's revision application as expeditiously as possible. learned AGP, appearing on advance copy, submitted could not resist this request.
Hence, permission as prayed for, is granted. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 2 to decide expeditiously the revision application pending before him filed by the petitioner preferably within sixty days from the date of receipt of this order.
