Learned Standing Counsel is present for the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
This petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners."
It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel that though allegation of harassment has been made against the respondent nos. 5 and 6 but no material has been filed in the writ petition that substantiate the allegation.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioners to seek appropriate legal remedy before the authorities concerned or to file an F.I.R./an injunction suit, in case, they are so advised.
