Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Uttara Bahuguna, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Rakesh Bahadur, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Mirzapur.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to the respondent No. 5 to reinstate/absorb and regularize the service of the petitioners on the post of Pump Attendant and provide them benefits of regularization.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners make fresh representation to the fifth respondent i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Chunar District Mirzapur ventilating their grievances within two weeks, the fifth respondent i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Chunar District Mirzapur would proceed to consider the claim of the petitioners and shall pass reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law in further three months.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
