Sri Shyam Sunder and Smt Rekha Pundir have put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of the charge sheet no. 354/2016 dated 9.12.2016 including cognizance order dated 7.1.2017 in Case Crime No. 526 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 352, 307, 323, 325, 332, 353, 504, 506 IPC, P.s. Transport Nagar, District Meerut pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge, Court No. 17, Meerut.
It is pointed out that the applicant has earlier approached this court in the same proceedings by way of application under Section 482 No. 2948 of 2019 and 3756 of 2017 but he has not complied the order passed earlier in his favour.
In view of the above no relief can be granted to the applicant. This application is accordingly dismissed.
However, the applicant is at liberty to apply for bail before the court below within a period of 30 days from today.
For the period of 30 days no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant in the above case.
