It has been informed by the learned counsel for petitioner that no counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite parties, In the interest of justice, four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for private opposite party for filing counter affidavit.

As the counsel for private opposite party is not present, the learned counsel for petitioner shall inform in writing, to the learned counsel appearing for private opposite party, about the order passed by this Court.
