This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of the complaint case no. 4347 of 2013 and new no. 2862 of 2017 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act P.S.-Kotwali, District-Lalitpur as well as to quash the summoning order dated 6.1.2014.
In compliance of the previous order of this Court compromise arrived at between the parties have been verified by the court below.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending and therefore, this case is decided in terms of the compromise.
The application is, accordingly, allowed. Proceedings of the aforesaid case is quashed and impugned order is also hereby set aside.
