1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Shyam Sundar & Sonia Bhardwaj, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2021, under Section - 420 I.P.C. and Section 66D of I.T. (Amendment) Act, Police Station -Sahibabad, District - Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial.
3. In view of the specific allegations made against the applicants coupled with criminal history with similar allegations, the discretion claimed for grant of anticipatory bail is declined.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered, on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
