The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.3119 of 2012 expeditiously within a specified time frame.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is getting adjourned since last two dates as the Presiding Officer is on training.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer resumes his duty after completing training, he shall make endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
