Petitioner wants consideration of his claim for appointment to the post of Tubewell Operator pursuant to the application made in the year 1980. Various ground have been urged in order to contend that petitioner's claim in that regard be directed to be examined by the authorities.
Petitioner opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
Admittedly, a period of nearly 38 years have expired since the conduct of the examination itself. There is no reason to entertain petitioner's grievance after such a long lapse of time. Petitioner is otherwise on the verge of attaining the age of superannuation.
No direction can be issued for consideration of petitioner's claim.
Dismissed, accordingly.
