Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Jitendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Shyam Sundar @ Lalla, Shivam, Satyam, Nanhey and Chhotey, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 1074 of 2020, under Sections- 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Farrukhabad Kotwali, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the applicants have criminal history of 11 cases.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant has been acquitted in 7 cases and 4 cases are pending.
In view of the criminal antecedents of the applicants, they are not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail.
The anticipatory bail application is accordingly, rejected.
