JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Sabir Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed various orders passed in the month of August, 2018 whereby, as per learned counsel for the petitioner, the direction for recovery has been issued despite the fact that this Court has passed favourable order in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite parties may be directed to make payment of entire gratuity amount to the petitioner, which was adjusted by means of the impugned order.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the amount of gratuity may not be adjusted or withheld in any circumstances.
Let counter affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
List this petition in the week commencing 20.05.2019 as fresh.
The interim relief application of the petitioner may be considered on the next date.
