Pursuant to our order dated 7.2.2019, the girl has been produced before the Court by Dharmendra Kumar CP No.152015192 and a lady Police Constable No.182402034 namely Priya Pawar. They have identified the girl, petitioner no.2 in the Court.
The petitioner no.2 has appeared before us and she has made a statement that she wants to live with her father.
In view of the statement of the girl, we do not wish to inter into the merits of the case.
Accordingly, we direct the Police official to escort the petitioner no.2, Jyoti and hand over the girl to her father.
Learned standing counsel submits that the first information report has been lodged against petitioner no.1, Shyam Singh.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
