Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 29.10.2020 by which his representation against the termination order dated 29.03.2008 has been rejected.
It is noted in the impugned order that if petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.10.2020 passed by respondent no.2, he may prefer appeal before the appellate authority i.e. Commandant General, Homeguards U.P., Lucknow.
As the order dated 29.10.2020 clearly demonstrates that petitioner has remedy of appeal against the order impugned, therefore, writ petition is not maintainable and is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
