The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 23.6.2005, 22.9.2005 and 18.10.2005 passed in Writ Petition No.46120 of 2005 (Jyoti Prakash Vs. State of U.P. and others).
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
