Heard Sri Subedar Mishra for the petitioner and Sri D.S. Chauhan for respondents-3 and 4.
The counsel for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 2.6.2015 and 27.7.2016 in revision before State Government under Section 41 of U.P. Urban Planning and development Act, 1973, which is pending.
Since the petitioner is availing alternative remedy as such writ petition is disposed of directing State Government to decide the revision of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it.
Till disposal of the revision construction of the petitioner shall not be demolished in pursuance of the orders dated 2.6.2015 and 27.7.2016.
