The applicant Shyam Saran Gupta is in Jail since more than 6 months. There is recovery of only Rs.30000/- from him.
Hence without expressing any opinion, let applicant Shyam Saran Gupta be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.50,000/- and a personal bond of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.518/2010, under Section 406/420/411/120-B IPC, PS, Talkatora, District Lucknow.
