Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for disobedience of the order of this Court dated 6.3.2013 passed in Writ-C No. 12534 of 2013 wherein the Court directed as under:-
"In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that till the next date of listing, fresh elections in terms of the order impugned dated 7th February, 2013 shall not take place. However, there shall be single operation of accounts in the institution"
In the present case, the writ court order has been passed in the year 2013. Now, after a long span of time, the applicant has turned up in contempt proceeding with the prayer that the order of the writ court has not been complied with. The Court is not at all aware of the situation on the spot and as such, at this belated stage, no interference in contempt proceeding can be made.
With these observations, the Contempt Application is dismissed.
