1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State of U.P. and perused the record.
2. Only relief sought by petitioner is that respondent no. 6 constructed bore well for extracting water from it in 'Dark Zone' area, and in this regard subsequent enquiry should have been made. In this regard petitioner made a complaint before respondent no. 2 vide letter dated 28.11.2017.
3. Record shows that bore-well was constructed in February, 2000 and alleged complaint was made in the year 2017, i.e. after 17 years.
4. We find no reason for any such enquiry in the matter as prayed for after such a long time. However, petitioner may avail remedy in common law, if so advised, and are available.
5. Dismissed.
