Challenge in this petition is the original order and the appellate order.
By the impugned order a particular punishment of recovery of amount and censor has been given.
Submission is that pursuant to the recovery, an amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- has already been recovered and now small amount is left.
Be as it may, this Court is of the view that the matter needs to be decided after receipt of the response from the respondents.
Sri R. C. Shukla, learned Advocate who appeared for the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date.
In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that recovery of the remaining amount pursuant to the impugned order shall not be made. It is made clear that in respect to the other part of the punishment no order has been passed.
