JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Vikram Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel representing the Respondent -Bank.
It has been stated by learned counsel representing the respondent-Bank that the amount shall be released by the Bank on production of validly issued succession certificate for the reason that the heir's certificate furnished by the petitioner, which has been issued by the Collector, Pratapgarh is applicable only in relation to payment up to Rs. 5,000/-
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to obtain the succession certificate from the Competent Court or authority and in case the said succession certificate is furnished, the respondent-Bank will immediately make payment to the heirs so declared in the said succession certificate, without any delay.
